The Intercultural Food Fair offers an international culinary tour… without even leaving campus! Organized by students at the Gandia campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), with the support of the International Office, the fair invites visitors to discover and sample traditional dishes from different countries. It’s an opportunity to learn about other cultures through their cuisine and enjoy flavours that have become part of popular cuisine around the world.
