A test aimed at students of ESO and Bachillerato, this activity seeks to foster a passion for mathematics through problem solving.
Students of Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate will visit the Gandia Campus of the Universitat Politècnica de València on Thursday, March 26th, to participate in the XXVIII edition of the Prova Cangur.
Convened by the Al-Khwarizmi Society for Mathematical Education of the Valencian Community in collaboration with the Societat Catalana de Matemàtiques, this day aims to stimulate and motivate the learning of mathematics through challenging challenges.
At the Gandia Campus, the teaching staff of the Department of Applied Mathematics is responsible for the organization and coordination of the event, ensuring an enriching educational experience for all participants.
The competition lasts 75 minutes and consists of a test of 30 questions of increasing difficulty. Each problem presents five answer options, only one of which is correct.
