The new podcast that summarizes current events with a lively and casual tone.
The platform UPV Podcast expands its offer with the launch of UPV Flash, a new weekly newsletter produced by students of the Gandia Campus of the Universitat Politècnica de València. The program, which opens on March 26 was born with the vocation of becoming a reference to follow university and local news in a fast and entertaining way.
With a fresh, direct and casual style,UPV Flash is aimed at bringing the most relevant news from both the campus and the city of Gandia to the entire university community and the general public. Its format responds to current consumer habits, offering an informative summary that can be listened to in just a few minutes: “less than it takes you to prepare your morning coffee”.

The project is being driven by a team of students led by Diego Martinez. This initiative not only fulfills an informative function, but is also configured as a practical learning space in communication, in which students actively participate in the writing, production and voice-over of contents, facing real dynamics of the media environment.
The content of the program will include news from the Gandia Campus, as well as information of interest about the city. All this presented with a clear, close and adapted to a young audience language, without sacrificing the informative rigor.
UPV Flash will be available every Thursday at 12:00 hours on the UPV Pódcast platform. The program is also available on the usual iVoox and Spotify channels, making it easy to access from any device at any time.
With this launch, UPV Podcast reinforces its commitment to innovation and student talent. The digital audio platform of the Universitat Politècnica de València is consolidated as an outreach space that brings together own and collaborative productions to bring science, technology and culture to all audiences, promoting projects that connect directly with the new ways of consuming information.
UPV Flash a light, current and entertaining way to stay informed without losing detail of what is going on around you. Because, after all, who said the news had to be boring?
