The second season has brought to the table the importance of the support network, the consequences of overthinking and hyperproductivity; demotivation; FOMO and technology addiction, four episodes that can already be listened to at this link, and on the Ivoox and Spotify platforms. And in the coming weeks we will address grief (October 16), self-demand (October 23), social anxiety (October 30) and how to deal with the end of a stage (November 6).

Eating disorders (ED), anxiety, gender identity, attention deficit disorder (ADHD) or how to deal with depression were the topics addressed in the first season. Always with the advice from the psychologist Pau Palau de Llago who analyzes the conversation and gives final advice in each episode.

At a time when mental health represents one of the main challenges for young people, this initiative aims to provide a space for dialogue and support.
