Extraordinary period to apply for a transportation card, open until February 10.
The students of the Gandia Campus of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) can travel for free on the City bus line 1 linking the Gandia train station and the university campus.
From February 1 to 10 will remain open on special period for the campus student body to be able to apply for a transportation card.
Free transport between Renfe and Gandia Campus
The free bus service connects the Gandia Renfe train station with the Gandia Campus, with stops located in front of the station and next to the campus cafeteria. This service operates only on school days of the educational centers of the Grau de Gandia.
The card is personal and non-transferable and is valid from the beginning of the academic year, in September, until the end of classes.
Requirements to apply for the card
To benefit from this free transport it is necessary:
- Be enrolled in the UPV.
- Be 30 years old or younger.
- Apply within the established deadlines (in this case, from February 1 to 10).
How to apply
The application must be made through the UPV intranet.
It is important to note that processing can only be done from a device connected to the UPV network, either through a campus computer or a personal device connected to the university wifi.
