Magobio is back!

The podcast where campus students share their experiences about mental health. Support network, grief, self-doubt. These are some of the topics that will be addressed in the second season. Listen to the new episodes in UPV Podcast.

“When you get to college you feel out of place. You think you’re not going to fit in. But there are always people… It’s the people you have at the end of the day to tell you something. When you’re falling into the void into a bottomless pit, what holds you up is your support network.”

This is how the first episode of the second season of Magobio. Inés, Valeria and Andy talk about the difficulties they have had to relate to each other and how they have built their own support network during their first years at the university.

Magobio is the podcast in which a group of students from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) share, without complexes or taboos, their experiences about mental health, seeking to offer a space for conversation and support. In addition, each chapter includes recommendations of books, series and songs, as well as reflections and advice from psychologist Pau Palau de Llago.

And remember that, if you feel you need help to manage your emotions, the best thing to do is to go to a professional. To do this, the UPV offers you the Student Psychological Assistance Service (SAPE); a free service for all students and that is carried out in its three campuses (Valencia, Alcoy and Gandia).
