Dean
The Dean of the Faculty is the person who represents the Faculty and coordinates its day-to-day activities. He/she presides over the Faculty Council, promotes its agreements and ensures that everything runs smoothly: from academic management to the services that provide support to students and faculty. He/she is assisted in his/her functions by the First Vice-Dean and the rest of the Vice-Deans.
Vice-Deans
The Vice-Deans support the Dean in the management of the Faculty. Each is in charge of a specific area and works under his or her coordination to ensure the smooth running of the center.
Secretary
The secretary of the Faculty is the person responsible for attesting to and guaranteeing the correct documentation of the governing bodies of the Faculty. Among its functions are to draft and keep the minutes, ensure their publicity and issue official certifications. In addition, he/she ensures that the agreements and resolutions are recorded and accessible, contributing to the transparency and proper functioning of the Faculty of Fine Arts.

Faculty Council
The Faculty Council is the highest governing body of the FBBAA. It supervises teaching, approves the study plans and the budget, and organizes the distribution of classes and schedules. It is made up of representatives of the Teaching and Research Staff (PDI), Technical, Management, and Administration and Services Staff (PTGAS) and Students elected by suffrage among the entire community of the Faculty.
Commissions
There are different commissions derived from the Regulations of Academic Regime and Evaluation UPV
These regulations regulate the functions and composition of the degree academic boards, degree academic commissions, evaluation and complaints commissions.
