The Vice-Rectorate for Digital Transformation is responsible for the supervision of the ICT resources of the University and the definition and supervision of the Digital Strategy, both in the academic and management areas. It is up to us to provide the necessary resources and support to develop the Cybersecurity Strategy approved by the UPV.

Innovation and Digital Solutions Area

Its purpose is to drive innovation at the UPV by supporting the services of this vice-rectorate in offering a user-centred approach in our digital solutions, as well as incorporating new approaches based on artificial intelligence.

It is responsible for applying new information and communication technologies to the services provided to the university community, both in the areas of teaching and research and in university management itself.

He is in charge of the development, implementation and maintenance of the university’s corporate IT applications.

Digital Learning Office

Promotes ICT services of the UPV that allow and support teaching innovation initiatives that promote learning and that initiatives that promote learning and that allow the dissemination of the contents and digital learning projects of the UPV teaching staff.

INRED 2025 Congress

In this new edition of the INRED 2025 Congress, we will reflect on how to move from experience-based innovation, with an incipient level of empirical foundation, to innovation with an academic focus.

Leading the digital transformation

What has changed?

The new model of digital learning allows to democratise the access of all the students. It breaks the geographic barriers and generates equality of opportunities to the hour to choose a university career. Besides, the students will be able to improve his conditions of employability, when incorporating to his curriculum a solid base of technological capacities.

How we work?

We use a people-centered approach and continuous improvement. We identify the real needs of the university community to offer useful, intuitive and accessible technological solutions.

We develop technological tools that support teaching innovation and facilitate student learning.
