The Universidad Politènica de València organizes a week for staff training ESW with partner universities within the Erasmus+ Staff programme.

The aim of this ESW is to receive non-teaching partners from Education institutions interested in visiting our campus in order to share their experiences with the UPV staff, to support the acquisition of skills and enhance personal and professional development through training staff experience (except conferences), job shadowing or training at workplace.

Our aim is to raise awareness and understanding of our culture and our country, offering the opportunity to build international networks, increasing the capacities, attractiveness and the international dimension of the participating institutions, strengthening synergies and transitions between formal and not formal education, vocational training, employment and entrepreneurship.
