Erasmus STT

This initiative, which is part of the broader goal of staff training, involves the mobility of staff from one institution of higher education to another partner institution of higher education.

The goal is to enable participants to learn from the partner institution’s experiences and best practices and to improve the skills required for their current job. The main activity is a short-term placement at the partner institution, which can be referred to by various names: short-term service assignments, professional observation, study visits…

Staff members from institutions of higher education that hold an Erasmus University Charter are eligible to participate.

In order to receive the grant, it is essential to submit a work plan approved by both the home and host institutions or by the company. The plan must include, at a minimum: the overall objective and specific objectives, the results expected from the training or apprenticeship activities, and a schedule for the training period.

OPTION 1 for ERASMUS STT: International Weeks at Partner Universities (Staff Weeks)

Here you will find all the proposals for International Staff Weeks received from partner universities. Some universities charge fees to cover organizational expenses, meals, or field trips. Some Staff Weeks are aimed at a specific profile (International Relations staff, Library staff, IT staff, Financial Management staff, etc.), while others are more general and open to all. You will need to handle the application and admission process directly with the organizing university. If your admission is confirmed, submit your application for Erasmus STT authorization and funding through the intranet (AIRE application).

In addition to all the invitations that arrive at this office, you can always check out other offers at the following buttons:

OPTION 2 for ERASMUS STT: develop an individual work plan

Under this program, applicants can work directly with a university (with an Erasmus Charter) to design a customized study plan to take a course, job shadowing or a specific bar.

In this case, please contact the Gandia Campus International Office directly.
