The Student Forum meets in Berlin to promote student participation across the ENHANCE Alliance

Students from different universities within the ENHANCE Alliance gathered at Technische Universität Berlin on April 20 and 21 for the Student Forum, once again reaffirming the important role students play within the Alliance.

Over the course of two intensive working days, participants took an in-depth look at the current programme of activities, reviewed the progress achieved so far, and discussed the next lines of action. The meeting also provided an opportunity to present new ideas aimed at strengthening student engagement and encouraging active participation in shaping ENHANCE’s joint educational offer and future projects. In addition, new local outreach and promotion strategies were explored, with the understanding that a strong and committed student community begins to be built within each member institution.

The meeting also represented an important opportunity to strengthen ties within the Student Forum itself. Special mention should be made of Irene Parrilla Esarte, a student at the Universitat Politècnica de València, who attended this meeting for the first time in her new role as co-president. Her impressions were very positive, particularly regarding the outcomes achieved and the Alliance’s future prospects. Furthermore, the event created spaces for participants to get to know one another better and to foster a stronger sense of community.
