The past monday, november 10, 2025 was held on sixth training session of the Andersen Chair-UPV under the theme “The promotion of social responsibility in the corporate sphere”.
During the day, key aspects were addressed such as the content of the Law 18/2018, of July 13, of the Generalitat to promote social responsibility; the Spanish and European regulations that sustains it; and the procedures for the registration of companies in the Register of Socially Responsible Valencian Entities.
The session was attended by Ignacio Ariño Director of the Mercantile Department at the office of Andersen in Spain of Valencia and Seville, and Ángeles Hernández Graciá Director of Communications, Marketing and Social Responsibility at Mercavalència, S.A.
The meeting brought together a number of students interested in the subject, who actively participated in a space for discussion. reflection and learning on the role of social responsibility in today’s business environment.
