Registration

Attendance to the GESS Workshop is free of charge. However, for capacity management purposes and to ensure the comfort and safety of all attendees, all participants must complete the registration process by following the instructions provided on this website.

Dates and Venue

Dates: October 1 – 2, 2026

Venue: Escola Politècnica Superior d’Alcoi (EPSA) Universitat Politècnica de València Plaça Ferràndiz i Carbonell, s/n 03801 Alcoi (Alicante), Spain

All workshop sessions will take place in the Assembly Hall, of the Carbonell Building.

Please note that registration does not include travel, accommodation, or social activities, which must be covered by each participant.

How to Register?

Registration must be completed through the following link. Once on the registration page, you will be guided through the steps required to complete your registration successfully.
