[ES] Las turbomáquinas hidráulicas trasiegan fluidos que se caracterizan por unas propiedades fundamentales que son su viscosidad y densidad, entre otras. El comportamiento de las bombas como parte de esta turbomaquinaria se ve afectado por la naturaleza del fluido. El hecho de trasegar uno u otro fluido tiene implicaciones energéticas, relacionadas con el punto de funcionamiento de la máquina, con aspectos de cavitación así como en el proceso de cebado inicial. El presente objeto describe estas implicaciones en relación con el comportamiento completo de la máquina. [EN] Hydraulic turbomachines transfer fluids that are characterized by some fundamental properties that are their viscosity and density, among others. The behaviour of the pumps as part of this turbomachinery is affected by the nature of the fluid. The fact of transferring one or another fluid has energy implications, related to the point of operation of the machine, with aspects of cavitation as well as in the initial priming process.
