New degree: Bachelor's Degree in Business and Digital Technology

The Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) is taking a step forward in university education with the launch of its new Bachelor's Degree in Business and Digital Technology, designed to meet the growing demand for hybrid profiles that combine business management and technological expertise.

This innovative degree aims to train professionals capable of leading the evolution of organisations in an increasingly digital environment. Throughout the programme, students acquire a solid combination of knowledge in business management and technology, using tools such as artificial intelligence, programming, and data visualisation to make strategic decisions, drive innovation, and develop sustainable and responsible solutions.

The curriculum offers a balanced integration of disciplines such as economics, finance, marketing, organisation, and business strategy with data analytics and business intelligence (BI). Furthermore, between 20% and 30% of teaching takes place in laboratories with small groups, where students work on real-world projects.

This practical methodology, combined with the support of the UPV's technological ecosystem, makes this degree a key educational programme for leading the digital transformation of businesses.

One degree, two locations

The degree is taught at both the Valencia campus, in the Faculty of Business Administration and Management, and the Gandia campus, in the Higher Polytechnic School of Gandia.

In both cases, the degree offers 70 places and comprises four academic years to achieve 240 credits.
