The advance of the communication systems in the last decades has been one of the main motors in the evolution of current society in all scopes. Personal relations, the search of information, the economic or cultural exchanges are no longer understood without taking into account the advance of communications systems. Several studies carried out in the scope of the European Union demonstrate the strategic importance of the ICT sector, as well as the need of highly qualified trained professionals in these of knowledge.
