Value proposition is an activity that helps us to organise the most relevant factors of the solution that we have extracted from the brainstorming process to present our idea. In it, we will focus on defining the idea well to make it understandable, on the value we are creating, the needs we are solving and the power of transformation that the solution can generate. During the video it will be explained when to use the tool, why is it useful, how long it is and each of the steps that must be taken to complete it. The video is accompanied by a final example that facilitates the understanding of the tool.
