CSIC researcher Antonio Turiel will open the ninth edition of these free events aimed at exploring UPV's lifelong learning master's programmes

The Universitat Politècnica de València once again places its focus on talent and employability with the 9th Activate Your Future Conference, organised by the Centre for Lifelong Learning (CFP). This ninth edition offers 19 sessions, held in the morning and afternoon, designed to introduce UPV's lifelong learning master's programmes and its own postgraduate qualifications. From 4 to 6 May 2026, the campus will become a dynamic space hosting talks, workshops and hands-on activities, all free of charge.
The conference will open on 4 May at 12:00 noon in the Nexus Building, with the keynote lecture "Climate change, wars and failed transitions: the urgency of sustainability", delivered by Antonio Turiel, researcher at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). Admission is free, but prior registration is required.
Learning through real-world experience
Art therapy, user experience, virtual reality, graphic design and typography, precision medicine, AI-driven entrepreneurship, sports management, neuromarketing, business strategy, 3D design, finance, car design and SAP are among the areas you can explore. Through talks, workshops, practical sessions and discussion panels, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and speak directly with lecturers, working professionals, current students and UPV graduates. This will give you first-hand insight into real experiences and the practical approach of each programme.
