Three days

The Universitat Politècnica de València joins the three days of official mourning decreed in memory of those who died in the train accident in Adamuz on Sunday, 18 January.

As an expression of institutional grief, on Tuesday, 20 January, the university community has invited to observe a minute's silence in memory of the victims and their families. In addition, the flags on the buildings of the Universitat Politècnica de València will fly at half-mast for the three days.

The Universitat Politècnica de València, as a public institution of higher education committed to the values of solidarity, respect and social responsibility, wishes to express its sorrow and condolences for the serious train accident, as well as its sympathy for the victims, their families and all those affected.
