Looking for accommodation near the UPV?

The UPV has three campuses —València (Vera), Alcoy and Gandia— and wants to help you find accommodation near each one.

To do so, on this website you can check dormitories and access an accommodation search engine to find everything from rooms in shared flats to entire flats. There are also options for living with families, both near the Vera and Gandia campuses.

On the Alcoy campus, you have a specific search engine to find a flat or room.

The UPV offers this service free of charge and only as a contact platform: agreements between students and landlords are the responsibility of the parties involved.

València Conviu: accommodation and company

The UPV participates in the València Conviu programme, a mutual aid programme promoted by the València City Council. It is designed for people over 60 who live alone and are self-sufficient, and students under 35 looking for accommodation.

If you are interested in participating as a student, you can send your application to accionsocial@upv.es, the Vice-Rectorate for Social Responsibility, Cooperation and Sport at the UPV.
