In light of the evolving circumstances impacting academic activities at our university, and following consultations with the heads of various centres, department coordinators, research structures, and the president of the Student Council, it has been formally decided to progressively and gradually resume academic activities in a combined format, encompassing both classroom and online training, according to the following timetable:
Beginning Thursday, 28 November, centres can hold in-person exams. Each centre will communicate specific dates to students. Students in affected areas may postpone exams based on upcoming instructions.
- Starting Monday, 25 November, centres may resume classes for 1st-year bachelor’s, 1st-year master’s, and non-official degrees. Online-only courses can remain if preferred by the centre.
- Starting 2 December, centres may begin classes for 1st and 2nd-year bachelor’s and master’s degrees, depending on mobility conditions. Confirmation will come during the week of the 25th. –
All courses should resume by 9 December, assuming public transport plans are implemented.
It’s important to note that all classes will continue to be recorded to ensure access to content for students who may face challenges attending in person.
Employment conditions will remain as they have been to date.
We stress the importance of avoiding vehicle use or public transport for campus travel and adhering to established safety measures. Campus access should primarily be on foot, by bicycle, or scooter.
The solidarity and collaboration of the entire university community are crucial for ensuring a progressive, orderly, and safe return to academic activities.
