Pre-registration results

If you are on the waiting list, don't forget to activate it. The first call for vacancies at the UPV will be made on 19 July

[ 18/07/2024 ]

On Friday 12 July, at 13:00, the pre-registration results for UPV bachelor's degrees, double degrees and PARS will be made public.

You can check them here.

If you have been admitted, you will find the date and time to enrol on this self-enrolment page. You will also receive an SMS with the information. Remember that it is very important to enrol online at the assigned time. Otherwise, it will be understood that you give up your place.

Good luck!

Complaints

The deadline for claims to the pre-registration results begins on Monday, 15 July, and ends on Wednesday, 17 July, at 14:00. Claims can be made through the same online assistant where the pre-registration was made. The resolution of the claims will be published on Friday, 19 July.

Enrolment

The enrolment period for new UPV undergraduate, double degree and PARS students is 16 and 17 July.

If you enrol in one degree and are subsequently admitted to another degree that is of greater interest to you, you can enrol in the latter and cancel the previous enrolment.

This procedure is automatic if both degrees are from the UPV (the same application, when you enrol in the second degree, asks you if you want to cancel the enrolment for the first one).

However, if the studies are at different universities, you should ask the centre where you first enrolled how to cancel your enrolment.

A waiting list for each degree

If you have not been admitted to the degree you want, you will be on the waiting list by default. If you still wish to enrol, you MUST be on the waiting list for each degree, double degree or PARS you want to apply for. If you do not activate, you will not participate in the assignment of vacancies.

You have until 17 July (until 23:59) to do so. You can join as many lists as you wish.

How to join a waiting list?

The option to join a waiting list is available on the page where you consult the pre-registration results.

In the first phase, the deadline for activating or resigning from each waiting list is 17 July at 23:59. In the following phases, you do not have to re-activate at the UPV. Still, you can resign from a waiting list if you are no longer interested in being called for a certain degree.

To get on the waiting list for a degree programme at another university, you must find out about the procedure on the website of that university.

Assignment of vacancies

To assign the vacancies on the waiting list, five calls will be made, and each student will enrol, according to the date and time assigned, on the days indicated below:

  • 1st call: 19 July, starting at 17:00
  • Enrolment: from 9:00 on 22 July until 14:00 on 23 July.

  • 2nd call: 24 July, starting at 17:00
  • Enrolment: from 9:00 on 25 July until 14:00 on 26 July.

  • 3rd call: 29 July, starting at 17:00
  • Enrolment: from 9:00 on 30 July until 14:00 on 31 July.

  • 4th call: 3 September, starting at 17:00
  • Enrolment: from 9:00 on 4 September until 14:00 on 5 September.

  • 5th call: 6 September, starting at 17:00
  • Enrolment: from 9:00 on 9 September until 14:00 on 10 September.

If you are on a UPV waiting list, you should check the pre-registration results website on the day of each call for applications.

There, you can check if you have been assigned an available seat. If you have been admitted, you will find the date and time to enrol on this self-enrolment page.

In any case, if you have been admitted to any of the calls, an SMS will be sent to your mobile phone to inform you of the date and time of enrolment, as well as your PIN number for identification purposes.

Once the waiting list calls have finished, the UPV website will inform you if there are any degree courses with available seats.
