The Universitat Politècnica de València has 58.000 m2 of first-class facilities at no cost to students

The Universitat Politècnica de València has one of the most complete sports programs in Spanish universities. You will be able to do all kinds of directed activities with specialized monitors (from toning up to body weight, through zumba, GAP, pilates, tai chi, yoga, sevillanas, fitness, bachata, hip hop, body balance, bars training, latin dances, chikung…) from 7:30 h in the morning until 22:30 h. You will also have access to the weight and cardio room, and you will be able to train outside (crossfit, cross boxing, train camp…).

In addition, the UPV offers 20 specialty schools so that you can learn from scratch or perfect a sport, without worrying about the material: paddle tennis, tennis, chess, athletics, badminton, fencing, indoor soccer, Valencian pelota, table tennis, archery, volleyball, beach volleyball, climbing, or running.

And, if competition is your thing, you can participate in leagues and internal tournaments: there are individual, team and racket sports. And, on a different scale, the Universitat Politècnica de València participates in official competitions with teams made up of students who make up the UPV national teams. You can compete in regional, national and international championships.

UPV is the first university with eSports events: Challenge Formula 1, League of Legends, FC25, NBA 2K, Gran Turismo 7, Rainbow Six, Rocket League… The matches are streamed live on Twitch, with commentary by casters professionals who make the public vibrate with every play.

And, of course, it has specific programs for federated sports (athletics, athletics, etc.), cheerleading. The program is designed for athletes of all levels of fitness (swimming, mountain, swimming, orienteering, rugby, archery, triathlon, sailing, water polo and cycling) and for top-level sportsmen and women.
