Limitations:
- Does not read scanned PDFs
- Does not generate images
- Does not analyze or transcribe videos
- Does not convert text to speech or speech to text
Copilot
Intended for: UPV Community.
What can I do?
Uses that cannot be performed by PoliGPT and complementary, such as copywriting, translations, reworking, imaging, programming and integration with Microsoft 365.
Price / license:
Included with active Microsoft 365 license at UPV.
Data protection:
Contractually protected data and not used for training.
Main capabilities:
- Read, summarize and extract data from PDFs
- Image generation and editing
- Reading, summarizing and obtaining data
- Agents with access to SharePoint
Functionalities
- Full integration with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).

When should I use each artificial intelligence?
The following are the most common uses of artificial intelligence in the environment of the UPV.
Personal Data Protection
Personal and sensitive data should NOT be entered into artificial intelligences other than Copilot or PoliGPT.
General inquiries, summaries, translations and text response
Designed for simple tasks such as summaries, translations or general queries.
IA recommended:
- PoliGPT and Copilot: may contain personal or internal data.
- ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude: only with published information without personal or internal data.
Writing, programming and academic work
Support for academic and daily work tasks. It allows you to write texts, program, organize information and generate documentation in an assisted way.
IA recommended:
- PoliGPT
- Microsoft Copilot
Data protection:
- Data protected by the UPV and by Microsoft 365 active license.
Working with documents (PDF, Word, Excel)
Use of artificial intelligence on own documents. It allows both working directly with the documents and making queries on their content.
IA recommended:
- Microsoft Copilot Microsoft 365: recommended for reading, summarizing and extracting data directly from Word, Excel or PDF documents within the Microsoft 365 environment. Allows direct access to SharePoint.
- ChatGPT / Gemini / Claude: only with published information without personal or internal data.
