The VideoApuntes Team of the Information and Communications Systems Area (ASIC) has added a new feature to VideoApuntes: the automatic generation of multiple‑choice questions and answers based on recorded classes using PoliGPT, the artificial intelligence system managed entirely within the UPV.
This new feature aims to strengthen assessment and support student learning by providing a resource that can be adapted to the teaching needs of each course. Until now, PoliGPT already offered summaries and study materials for students in VideoApuntes. With this enhancement, its capabilities are now extended to teaching staff as well.
For greater convenience, instructors can receive the test questions and answers by email or as a draft exam in the course’s PoliformaT.
E-mail questions
The teaching staff will receive different ready‑to‑use versions, which require prior review by the teachers, as PoliGPT may make mistakes. The files they will receive are:
- Text document.
- Ready‑to‑use PowerPoint presentation.
- Excel file compatible with Wooclap UPV.
Recording policy
The generation of questions and answers is enabled by default when using VideoApuntes. From the VideoApuntes Recording Policy, you can modify how PoliGPT is used in the recordings or disable it entirely.
