This area provides internal support to the systems, communications networks, and applications services of the Information and Communication Systems Area (ASIC), acting as a link between them in everything related to user experience (UX), usability, and accessibility.
Its work focuses on ensuring that UPV’s applications and programs comply with established usability and accessibility standards. Likewise, it also promotes the application of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) in the teaching and university management environment.
Additionally, it supports educational innovation with special attention to faculty and students, through the digital learning office, Online Teaching Plan program and the INRED Congress.
