Within the framework of Education Week, a fair held at IFEMA from March 26 to 30, the AITEX-UPV Chair, together with the spontaneous generation group TEXDENCIA, has participated to present the textile training offers of the Alcoy Campus of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).
The event brought together university educational institutions and students from all over the country.
The AITEX-UPV Chair wanted to publicize the Master’s Degree in Textile Engineering and the new Double Degree in Chemical Engineering and Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Technology and Design Engineering, which will be offered for the first time on the Alcoy Campus in the next academic year 2025/26.
Both educational proposals are designed to respond to the current and future demands of the industry, preparing students not only in technical skills, but also in innovation and sustainability.
The experience of the members of both groups, AITEX-UPV Chair and Texdencia, has been very satisfactory since the offer was unique in the entire fair in terms of textile content.
