Students who have requested the degree certificate, may collect it at the School's Secretary where they requested it, upon receipt of communication, either by registered letter or email, that it is already available.
Collection of the degree certificate by the interested party
: Please visit the corresponding School and hand in the communication received and your ID or passport, in the case of foreign nationals.
Collection of the degree certificate by authorised person
: Please provide the communication received and ID or passport, in the case of foreign nationals, and the power of attorney issued to such effect by the interested party for the collection of the degree certificate. If the power of attorney was issued in another country, it shall be duly authorised by the Apostille Convention or by the Consulate or Embassy of Spain in that country.
If the student lives outside Valencia and wishes to collect the degree certificate in another Spanish city or anywhere in the world, he/she should contact the School in writing requesting shipping to one of the destinations in the Spanish territory (Government Delegations / Sub-delegations)
.(Government Delegations / Sub-delegations) or the headquarters of Spanish Embassies/General Consulates (non Honorary Consulates)
abroad in city where the student resides. Fees associated with shipping of the degree certificate.
In the case of deceased students, the family must get in touch with the corresponding Centre to initiate the corresponding procedures.
3 months from the receipt of the communication.
