The Integrated Employment Service, launches on January 23, at 17’00h, reception of attendees at 16:30h, in the Auditorium – Blue Cube of the Polytechnic City of Innovation of the UPV, the III edition of the Emplea program to promote and consolidate women’s leadership and positioning in organizations.
With the program, UPV students in their final years and recent graduates will have the opportunity to develop and enhance their personal and professional skills to reach future leadership positions. It is aimed at students and recent graduates who wish to become actively involved in the development of their managerial skills and get a first-hand experience of the working environment.
The organizing committee will select the 42 participants from among all the applications.

14 great women strategically positioned and leaders of large companies will pose a challenge to the participants and they themselves will mentor them in order to carry it out. At the end of the challenge, a jury will designate three prizes of 3,000, 2,000 and 1,000 euros each.
They will receive training in women’s leadership with UPV faculty and professionals closely linked to the UPV, as well as with the collaboration of the Women and Leadership Chair of the IESE Business School, which will be accredited with a diploma.
