❏ Gender-Responsive Research and Innovation Lab in STEM (Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme)
Description: The Gender-Responsive Research and Innovation Lab in STEM is a hands-on, interdisciplinary training initiative that combines technical and societal perspectives to address real-world challenges. Led by Politecnico di Milano and developed in collaboration with TU Berlin, RWTH Aachen, TU Delft and NTNU, the programme explores how gender, diversity, and intersectionality influence the design, adoption, and governance of emerging technologies, with a focus on mobility, AI, and sustainability.

❏ HACK-4-SAGES Digital Twins in Astrobiology (Hackathon)
Description: HACK-4-SAGES is a hybrid, interdisciplinary hackathon focused on solving real scientific challenges in astrobiology using digital twins to study problems in the field, including the origins of life, biofirms and the habitability of exoplanets. The event brings together teams of undergraduate students to develop innovative projects under tight deadlines. Winning teams are invited to present their project at an academic astrobiology workshop for early-career researchers, to be held later in Switzerland (early September 2026), and will receive mentoring from researchers in the field.

Description: The Datathon, Switzerland’s largest Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) hackathon, organized by the Analytics Club and hosted by Europe’s largest AI and ML student association, will be held for the seventh consecutive year in Zurich. This renowned event attracts top talent from universities across Europe and offers participants the opportunity to tackle real Machine Learning challenges in just 24 hours. There are 35 places reserved for students of the ENHANCE Alliance.
