On May 13th, we held at the Universitat Politècnica de València the fourth training session of the Andersen UPV Chair. Under the title “New trends in the residential market: the living market”, this conference focused on the challenges and opportunities represented by new housing models such as coliving, flexliving, or senior living.
Against a backdrop of increasing tension between housing supply and demand, these formats are redefining the urban landscape and raising important legal, financial, and regulatory questions.
We have the participation of:
- José Antonio Solero Vázquez, CEO of Talvion and founder of the Housing Chair of the UPV.
- Carlos Morales Ruiz, Partner of Andersen’s Public and Regulatory Law Department.
The meeting offered architecture students a clear and updated look at the changes that are transforming the residential market in our cities.
We thank the speakers for their participation and all the attendees for being part of this space for reflection on the future of urban planning.
