The second week of May, the Andersen UPV Chair will organize its fourth training session. This time, focused on Urban Planning.
With the title “New trends in the residential market: the living market”, we will analyze how the coliving, flexliving o senior living are changing the way we live in cities and why these models are gaining ground, what legal and urban planning challenges they entail and why they are so attractive to developers and investment funds.
We will have the participation of two expert speakers on the subject:
- José Antonio Solero Vázquez, CEO of Talvion and founder of the Housing Chair of the UPV, with an extensive track record in urban development and residential innovation.
- Carlos Morales Ruiz, partner of the Public and Regulatory Law area at Andersen (Valencia). He is a consultant in urban planning operations and a professor in postgraduate programs on urban planning and administrative law.
A unique opportunity to understand how urban planning is adapting to new ways of living and how these changes open up new professional opportunities.
