Seminar: Simulation of Communication Systems
Description
The objective of this seminar is to get familiar with the most relevant aspects to be considered when dealing with the discrete simulation of a digital communication system. All the stages of a communication system will be described: transmitter, channel and receiver, reaching as final objective to the simulation of a wireless communication link with OFDM modulation. The seminar has a practical approach based on the MATLAB software.

Evaluation
The evaluation of the seminar is based on the MATLAB functions developed individually by the student. 40% of the qualification corresponds to functions developed during the three seminar sessions whereas the other 60% will correspond to functions developed by the students at home and delivered within a specified time schedule.
