The interaction designer and/or manager of interactive systems (including webs, media contents, apps, intranets, devices, toys, machines, robots...) must incorporate in their design and maintenance, two non-technological variables that are crucial for the effectiveness and efficiency of the system: the individual interaction of each user, and the group, social, interaction of the same. Both types of interaction can modify the other (a user can modify a group behavior, a group behavior can modify that of a single user).
