The Electron Microscopy Service facility belongs to the Vice-Rectorate for Research and is equipped with scientific microscopy instruments. It is responsible for providing UPV research groups with the equipment and experience needed to get the best possible results with available technology. Under certain conditions it can also offer support to other public institutions and private entities in the University’s social and economic environment.
This Service was founded in 1985 and it was located on the ground floor of the Rectorate building until 2008. Users can currently use its modern facilities in the new 8D building (the “red cube”).
