Students who have previously requested the degree certificate, may collect it at the Degree Certificate Unit where they requested it, upon receipt of notification by registered letter.
Collection of the degree certificate by the interested party
: Please visit the Degree Certificates Unit of the Student's Office and hand in the registered letter received and your ID or passport, in the case of foreign nationals.
Collection of the degree certificate by authorised person
: Please provide the registered letter received and ID or passport, in the case of foreign nationals, and the authorisation by the interested party for the collection of the degree certificate granted by power of attorney issued to such effect. If the power of attorney was issued in another country, it shall be duly authorised by the Apostille Convention or by the Consulate or Embassy of Spain in that country.
If the student lives outside Valencia and wishes to collect the degree certificate in another Spanish city or anywhere in the world, he/she should contact the Centre in writing requesting shipping to one of the destinations in the Spanish territory (Government Delegations / Sub-delegations)
or the headquarters of Spanish Embassies/Consulates
abroad in city where the student resides.Fees associated with shipping of the degree certificate.
In the case of deceased students, the family must get in touch with the corresponding Centre to initiate the corresponding procedures.
