We are pleased to come to you with an excellent opportunity to end the academic year in an inspiring and motivating way: the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) / International Staff Week entitled “Building Inclusive Universities Within”, hosted by Université de Rouen Normandie (France) from Monday, 23 March to Friday, 27 March 2026. The working language of the programme will be English, and there is no registration fee.

Please note that, as part of the blended format, an online activity will take place on 19 March 2026. Interested participants are required to register in advance via the iMOTION platform:

This Erasmus+ Staff Training initiative focuses on strengthening inclusive practices within higher education institutions and offers a valuable space for professional exchange on inclusion, diversity, equity, internationalisation, and institutional development. It will be of particular interest to academic and administrative staff working in international relations, Erasmus+ mobility, student services, diversity and inclusion, and strategic or organisational development.

We kindly invite you to disseminate this opportunity within your institution, especially to colleagues who may benefit from and contribute to this thematic focus.

The application deadline is Friday, 16 January 2026. Please note that accommodation is not provided and should be arranged individually. Participation may be eligible for funding through Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility (KA131 or KA171); interested participants are encouraged to contact their International Relations or Erasmus+ Office for further guidance.
