The International Relations Office of Instituto Superior Técnico (University of Lisbon) is pleased to invite your institution to participate in the upcoming International Staff Week (ISW), to be held at Instituto Superior Técnico.
The International Staff Week is conceived as a collaborative and inclusive initiative, bringing together higher education professionals from diverse institutions and countries. Its main objective is to foster meaningful cooperation, mutual learning and the exchange of best practices in the internationalisation of higher education.
We are contacting you as a valued partner institution, as we strongly believe that your participation would contribute to enriching this initiative. This invitation reflects our genuine interest in strengthening institutional cooperation and deepening mutual understanding, while keeping organisational commitments flexible and light.
The ISW programme is designed to address key strategic and operational challenges in the internationalisation of higher education institutions. Topics will include, among others, institutional international strategies, mobility and cooperation programmes, European and international project development, communication and dissemination practices, partnership and consortium management, sustainability of international initiatives, and capacity-building within international offices. The programme will combine thematic sessions, interactive workshops, networking moments, and cultural and social activities, offering participants an engaging and comprehensive experience in Lisbon.
Staff members will be warmly welcome to actively participate in the activities, benefiting from professional development, peer exchange and networking opportunities. Registration is carried out online via the official ISW website (https://isw.tecnico.ulisboa.pt/) and participation is subject to a registration fee, which covers access to the programme, social activities and a certificate of participation.
We truly hope you will join us in this International Staff Week, which we believe will bring significant added value to both our staff and institutions.
