The UPV’s educational offer provided by the Lifelong Learning Centre is very wide, with over 50,000 hours of courses taught last year. Non-official degrees stand out: master's degrees, Specialisation diplomas, Extension diplomas and Expert diplomas.
The specific Training Courses allow to adapt quickly to the demand and have a quick procedure. More than 1,000 of these courses were taught last year.
Among its objectives, the Lifelong Learning Centre aims to promote and collaborate with the professors, departments, centres and other UPV bodies in the creation and development of training projects while facilitating their dissemination and promotion in the socio-economic environment.
Therefore, the Universitat Politècnica de València, through the Lifelong Learning Centre, supports the initiatives of the teaching staff in lifelong learning training (non-official degrees, specific training courses, training agreements, etc.).
The University is open to society and strives to respond to its specific demands. The Lifelong Learning Centre can organise and promote the implementation of training courses, university diplomas and master’s degrees through the specific demands of institutions and companies.
The Lifelong Learning Centre also offers support in the organisation and management of congresses and conferences. The lecturer will have all the necessary human and technical resources to guarantee the success of the project.
