The International Meeting: Valencia Global 2010 (VG 2010)

On behalf of the Programme Committee, we would like to invite you to participate in our international meeting Valencia Global 2010, which will be held from the 22nd to 24th April 2010 at the School of Design Engineering (ETSID) - Universidad Politécnica de Valencia.


As in previous editions (Valencia Global 2002 and 2006: http://relint.etsid.upv.es/principalglobal.htm), the general objective of this international meeting is to bring together our international partners, lecturers, researchers and industrialists to provide an international forum to showcase innovation, share best practices and discuss new approaches in the field of International Cooperation and Exchanges in Higher Education.


The list of topics that will be discussed in a series of round tables are, but not limited to, the following:


Innovation in Higher Education

Joint & double degrees

Erasmus Mundus Master Courses

Erasmus Mundus External windows

International Cooperation Programmes

Bologna Process & New European Curricula

Education and Research

World financial crisis and engineering education

Cooperation with industry & international placements

Green engineering

Gender issues & women in engineering


We expect around 300 participants from 200 Universities.
