INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR ON VIRTUAL ACOUSTICS
During
the INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR ON VIRTUAL ACOUSTICS at the Polytechnic University
of
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Collaborator (Option A): Financial contribution 700€. It entitles:
- Include the logo of the company as a partner of the congress in all their dissemination (brochure, web, minutes).
- A full registration to attend the conference program.
Sponsor (Option B): Financial contributions 1000€. It entitles:
- Include the company logo as a sponsor thoughout the conference, advertising their dissemination (brochures, website, reports, publications).
- Include the company’s publicity material jointly with the material to be distributed to all the conference participants.
- Include in the conference website, the company’s Web address.
- A full registration to attend the conference program.
Exhibitor (Option C): Financial contribution 2000€. It entitles:
- Oral presentation of products in the technical session.
- Include the company logo as a exhibitor at the congress in all their dissemination (brochures, web, minutes).
- A space in the area for the exhibition trade stands, as well as the necessary furniture for that purpose.
- A full registration to attend the conference program.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
Companies interested in participating in the 1st INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR ON VIRTUAL ACOUSTICS at the Polytechnic University of Valencia must notify the Secretary of the Seminar, contact with Gemma Cabrelles (email: gemcab@ctt.upv.es).
