Firm's Internacionalization in the last number of IEG -Issues

This number of IEG-Issues studies internationalization, both Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and manufactuing activities cases.

In the first article, Mohamed Amal (professor of the Department of Economics and International Business, Regional University of Blumenau- Brazil), presents a qualitative analysis of three cases as internationalization experiences in southern Brazil, in order to understand the effects of networking and entrepreneurship as internationalization strategies of these kind of enterprises.

In the second one, Martin Alba and Francisco Mas-Verdu (researchers of the International Economics Group, Universidad Politecnica de Valencia) examined the industrial internationalization in the Valencia region case, by using a set of data and distinctive features of internationalization strategies adopted by Valencian exporting sectors, as well as some of the factors that can explain such performance.
