PROCEDURE - CENTRAL REGISTER OF EU-EEA NATIONALS
Citizens of the Member States of the European Union and of the other States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein), who are staying in Spain for more than three months are obliged to personally request their registration. in the Central Registry of Foreigners.
This request must be submitted, if you live in Valencia, at the Police office (Bailen Street, 9 - Valencia), (by appointment) within three months from the date of entry into Spain, being immediately issued a registration certificate stating the name, nationality and address of the registered person, their foreign identity number, and the date of registration.

Documentation to submit:
- Proof of the appointment (cita previa)
- Application form in the official form (EX-18) in duplicate, duly completed and signed by the citizen of the Union.
- Depending on the case:
If you are an employee, you may provide any of the following
documents:

Employer's declaration of employment, or employment certificate, or Work contract registered with the Public Employment Service, or registration document or situation assimilated to registration in the corresponding regime of Social Security, or consent to check the data in the files of the General Treasury of Social Security.
If you are a student, you must provide:

Registration of the public or private educational center, recognized or financed by the competent educational administration.

Documentation that proves having public or private health insurance.

Responsible declaration that you have sufficient resources for yourself and for the members of your family, for your period of residence in Spain.

Model 790 fee (Cod. 012) paid at any bank. After filling in the sections corresponding to personal data, select the box: "Certificate of registration of community resident or residence card of family member of a citizen of the Union "-in the section" Identity cards of foreigners (TIE) and certificates of registration of community residents "
We reccomend to bring your “empadronamiento” certificate if possible
