The application of the Organic Law of the University System (LOSU), the stabilisation process and the recognition of previous periods of service, as well as the training required for positions of part-time lecturers. These are some of the issues addressed by the rector of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), José E. Capilla, and the associate lecturer, Jaume Monfort, in the second of the interviews of the program “Ask the Rector”, on the occasion of the second anniversary of his appointment as Rector.
The Collectives ask questions
This conversation begins with a series of interviews in which different representatives and members of the university community individually tell the rector their doubts and concerns.
Apart from Jaume Monfort (associate lecturer), the UPV student delegate Rayan Faiz asked the rector during the first interview. Pedro Ramón López (UPV alumni), Pepe Sahuquillo (PAS UGT representative), María José Canet (PDI Gandía campus) and Manuel Pulido (coordinator of university research institutes) will continue the conversations over the next few weeks.
Every Thursday until July 6, a new interview will be released.
