The purpose of the call is to finance all or part of the cost of carrying out the following activities
stays in prestigious foreign centers.
Requirements
Students enrolled in the 2024-2025 academic year in a program of the following programs are eligible to apply for this aid
D. from the Universitat Politècnica de València who meet the following requirements:
- Be an active beneficiary of a pre-doctoral contract of the UPV’s Research Staff Training Program (FPI) at the time of the application and during the entire period of the stay or be a doctoral student who is carrying out his/her thesis under co-tutelage according to the requirements established in the Royal Decree 99/2011, of January 28, even if they are not beneficiaries of an FPI-UPV grant. In the latter case, there must be a co-supervision agreement signed between the foreign institution and the UPV.
- Have approved the research plan for their doctoral thesis.
- To have the Academic Committee’s favorable evaluation of the annual report for the 2023/2024 academic year.
- In the case of co-supervised students, the following is also required:
- Both the UPV directors and the co-directors of the co-supervising institution must be approved by the CAPD and registered in the Thesis Management application.
- That the applicant has not previously enjoyed a research stay at the co-supervising university, according to the calendar established in the agreement.
Candidates must meet these requirements at the time the call for applications closes.
The stay must be carried out between January 1, 2025 and November 30, 2025
Grant Endowment
Maximum financial endowment, to cover all costs associated with the mobility action:
- In the case of students benefiting from an FPI-UPV predoctoral contract, the maximum grant will be
3,600 for stays in European countries and 4,200 for stays in other countries. - In the case of co-supervised students, the maximum grant will be 6,600 € for stays in the following countries
7,200 in other countries.
