A Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection enables UPV's users to send and receive data across Internet as if their computing devices were directly connected to the UPV network.
This will not work from within the UPV network.
A VPN connection can be used to:
- Access web pages, such as Scientific Documentation, and other data that can only be seen from a UPV network address.
- Set up a remote connection to a machine on the University campus.
- Make information sent between your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the University network more secure.
