Awards to the best academic record

The mission of the Universitat Politècnica de València as stated in its strategic plan is to be "an innovative university serving society and fostering progress. Excelling at training professionals and researchers." To this aim, one of the proposed measures is to improve the academic performance of students.

To achieve this goal, the UPV felicitates the best academic record with an award and a monetary prize, which is prestigious for awardees and an important stimulus for the rest of the student body. This award includes an accreditation certificate and a bursary of 425 euros, which is compatible with any scholarship or grant.

Awards for students with the best university admission record

These awards are aimed a new incoming students enrolling in official undergraduate degrees taught by the UPV's own centres, who fulfil the following requirements:

Students from Spanish secondary education who have appeared for the June call of the university admission exams (except those from the entrance exam for students over 25 years of age) and have scored a final grade between 12 and 14.
Students from post-secondary vocational training who have scored a final grade between 10 and 12 in the June call.
