LiFi: Wireless communication using light

The video shows a simple setup to transmit sound through light. It includes a mobile phone, a jack connector, a red LED, a solar cell, and standard speakers. The music played on the smartphone is sent to the LED through the jack. Then, the LED illuminates the cell which is connected directly to the earphones. We used two AA batteries connected in series to the phone to provide the necessary voltage to turn on the LED. In this way, the music is transmitted wirelessly through the system.
