The setting in progress, operation and maintenance of artificial satellites, it has been possible thanks to the knowledge of the laws that they govern the Orbital Mechanics . We in this document are going to make a light review of these principles, as well as of the effects and phenomenons that affect to the artificial satellites and to the services of Telecomunications that support.
