Spanish Visa

Dear Prospective guests of the PSST-2002 Conference!

If you need Spanish Visa to be able to arrive to the Conference site please follow these instructions:

1. Please be sure to submit your Extended Abstract, to register for the Conference and book the hotel - these are the necessary requisits for getting the visa.

2. Send us (via E-mail) your request for the letter of support. In this request you should specify clearly:

-The names of the person(s) who need the visa(s). State the name of each person, his(her) nationality, number of the passport, the issue date and the date of expiry of the passport.

- Address to what the Organising Committee should send the letter of support. Simultaneously with sending the letter (we will use a regular airmail) we can send its copy via fax (please specify the number of the fax if you wish to get the fax copy).

3. Upon receiving our letter of support you have to visit a Consulate of Spain in your country. Please check the available consulate offices worlwide in this Web-site.

4. In the Consulate of Spain you will fill-in the Visa Application Form and leave it to the Consulate officials together with required number of photos (2 or 3), our letter of support (original of the letter is necessary) and your passport.

Sometimes Consulate officials could ask you to show the evidence of booking a round-way airplane trip to Tenerife, or existing medical ensurance.
